Best Usability Testing Tools for Remote UX Teams
We ran the same remote study - a prototype task, an unmoderated flow, and a live interview - through ten platforms marketed to distributed UX teams. The finding that reshuffled our list: half the tools sold as usability testing are really survey engines that never touch a prototype.
